The victim, Jafar Hassan Yousef, died in a hospital on Sunday.
The 29-Year-old Yousef was attacked by Bahraini forces in mid-March.
Meanwhile, dozens of anti-regime protesters staged another demonstration in the village of Ma’ameer, south of the capital Manama.
The protesters chanted slogans against the ruling Al-e Khalifa regime and paid tribute to those killed in the government crackdown on demonstrations.
The Persian Gulf kingdom has been gripped by months of protests demanding political reform.
Bahraini forces, backed by troops from Saudi Arabia, have given a heavy-handed security response to protesters, killing dozens of them and putting hundreds more behind bars.
