به گزارش مشرق به نقل از مهر، گروهی که نام جوانان شانزده سپتامبر بر خود نهاده است، خواستار تظاهرات گسترده در کویت در روز جمعه شد.خواسته این گروه تاسیس نظام مشروطه سلطنتی، پایان انحصارطلبی و تسلط خاندان آل صباح بر کویت، انحلال مجلس، انحلال کابینه، برگزاری انتخابات و مبارزه با فساد فراگیر در این کشور هستند.

این اقدام گروه شانزده سپتامبر با استقبال گسترده برخی تشکلهای سیاسی روبرو شده است.
